Shipping Policies

All items purchased on EdenPond.com are eligible for Free Shipping.

Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only. May be used in conjunction with a promotion code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotion code is applied.

Refunds and Returns

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products, that we offer a 30 day return policy. 

You may return any items  within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us via email at info@edenpond.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
